Merlin begins discussions with Hehui Investment Group of Shanghai for a mutual collaboration with Merlin to develop the UK business of H&H Sports protection for their brands of Nitek & Origine motorcycle helmets and Merlin to be introduced as the clothing partner of H&H in a number of International markets

Outlast® assign license rights to Kingscourt to produce products in all activity sports development projects using various Outlast® materials

November 2013

Halley Stevensons assign license rights to Kingscourt to produce products in all motorcycle and lifestyle fashion projects using their traditional Scottish waxed cotton

Merlin expands and moves from its site in Coleshill, Birmingham to the more community centred Chasewater area of Staffordshire with on site offices and warehousing

January 2015

The Merlin Partnership presents Merlin and Route One at the Motorcycle Expo in the UK and sees its network massively expand with customers across the whole of the UK

October 2016

The Merlin Partnership presents Merlin and Route One at the Intermot Motorcycle Show in Cologne, Germany and sees its existing 4 distributors increase to over 15 International markets.
