Merlin
The Merlin brand is a motorcycle industry inspired line. From the outset the brand has sought to develop products in growth segments rather than the historic lines. This has led to Merlin being recognised as a brand and line leader in Heritage and Leisure Moto building products using the best in class materials from brands such as Halley Stevenson, Outlast, Reissa, DuPont, Marton Mills and D30. The product line up includes all levels of technical apparel and has achieved by 2020 a growing reputation outside its home UK market.
OUR BRANDS
Route One
The Route One brand is a motorcycle inspired protected denim jean line that increasingly has crossover attributes akin to the high street look and feel. Denim riding jeans, now by volume, have overtaken polyester trousers as the first riding choice for motorcyclists. From the beginning Route One has worked exclusively with DuPont where today it enjoys licensed status. Over time the line has developed into high street designs, worn on the bike and in the office, has further come as water repellent and now waterproof jean coatings and during 2020 has been further upgraded to include D30 protection.
OUR BRANDS
Huxley
The Huxley brand is a snowsport inspired line, with a focus on skiing. The brand was launched in 2014 and was delivered through a number of dealers in the European market. The brand has thus far worked through a licensed model route to market structure, but will move into D2C for the 2021 season. Using advanced materials from brands such as Schoeller but by utilising the option to fit safety protectors the brand is again delivering to a safety standard not yet an industry requirement.
